HIFU is the only non-invasive treatment that can reach the SMAS layer at 4.5mm depth. Treatment also targets 3mm and 1.5mm depths for comprehensive lifting. Results appear gradually over 2–3 months and can last 12–18 months. Some practitioners combine HIFU with RF treatments for multi-depth skin tightening.

Preparation Required
Arrive with a clean face — no makeup, sunscreen, or heavy moisturizers. Avoid retinoids and strong exfoliants for 3–5 days before treatment. Do not wax or use depilatory creams on the treatment area for at least one week prior. Stay out of direct sun for 48 hours beforehand. Let your provider know if you have a history of cold sores (herpes simplex), as some treatments can trigger an outbreak. Avoid blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E) for 3 days prior if injections are involved.
