Superficial sun spots may respond in 1–2 sessions, while deeper conditions like melasma may require a longer treatment course with careful settings to avoid rebound darkening.

Preparation Required
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for 2–4 weeks before treatment. Do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams on the treatment area for 2 weeks prior (shaving is OK). Discontinue retinoids and exfoliating acids 5–7 days before treatment. Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, lotions, or sunscreen on the treatment area. Inform the clinic of any medications that increase photosensitivity (antibiotics, accutane). A topical numbing cream may be applied 30–60 minutes before treatment.
