Atlanta Face & Body's med spa offers a full range of injectable treatments including BOTOX Cosmetic, Xeomin, and Daxxify neurotoxins for forehead lines, frown lines, and brow elevation, plus hyaluronic acid and Radiesse dermal fillers — including JUVÉDERM VOLUX and Revanesse Versa — for lip augmentation, cheek volumising, jawline definition, under-eye hollows, neck lines, and hand rejuvenation. Patients have access to Alle (Allergan) and Xperience loyalty reward programmes.

The injectable suite at Atlanta Face & Body covers both neurotoxin and filler treatments, administered in the practice's Cobb Galleria med spa by experienced providers under Dr. Elizabeth Whitaker's clinical oversight. Neurotoxin options include three FDA-approved products: BOTOX Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA), Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA), and Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) — the newest long-duration neurotoxin that may provide results lasting six months or more in some patients. Treatment targets include forehead horizontal lines, glabellar frown lines, crow's feet, brow lifting, and chin dimpling. Results typically appear within three to five days and last three to four months for standard toxins. Dermal filler offerings span multiple product families to address different anatomical zones. Hyaluronic acid fillers — including JUVÉDERM VOLUX (structured jawline and chin) and Revanesse Versa (lips and perioral area) — provide reversible, natural-feeling volume. Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite filler, is used for deeper structural correction in the cheeks and hands. Treatment areas covered by the practice include the lips, cheeks and mid-face, jawline and chin, under-eye hollows, neck lines, and hands. Patients can enrol in the Alle rewards programme (Allergan's loyalty platform, covering BOTOX and JUVÉDERM products) and the Xperience programme for additional savings.
