Facial Rejuvenation (Lip Lift, Brow Lift & Hairline Lowering)

His lip lift surgery — the direct surgical shortening of the distance between the nose and the upper lip vermillion border (the philtrum) — was a procedure in high demand among patients with a long upper lip that had elongated further with age, concealing the upper teeth and reducing visible red lip volume. The procedure involved excising a precisely designed ellipse of skin at the base of the columella (the tissue bridge between the nostrils), directly advancing the upper lip upward and outward, creating a more youthful and sensuous lip position without the artificial appearance of filler overuse. Brow lift surgery addressed brow ptosis (descent of the brow below the orbital rim) that contributed to upper eyelid hooding, a furrowed inter-brow appearance, and an aged or anxious expression.
