Custom Fit SF's advanced bloodwork panel covers 50+ biomarkers across cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, thyroid, and iron domains — going well beyond standard annual labs. Key markers include ApoB, Lp(a), hsCRP, homocysteine, fasting insulin, HbA1c, cystatin C, free testosterone, DHEA-S, and a full thyroid profile. Blood draw is available on-site or at Quest Diagnostics locations. Results are returned within 1–2 weeks alongside a personalised summary report. The package includes a 30-minute Registered Dietitian consultation to interpret findings and identify priority areas.
Standard annual bloodwork ordered by a primary care physician typically covers 10–20 markers focused on population-level screening thresholds. Custom Fit SF's advanced longevity panel takes a different approach: 50+ biomarkers selected for their relevance to metabolic health, cardiovascular risk stratification, hormonal balance, and long-term wellbeing — areas where early signals are actionable years before clinical disease develops. Cardiovascular markers go beyond a standard lipid panel. In addition to total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides, the panel includes ApoB (the particle count measure that many longevity-oriented clinicians now consider more predictive than LDL-C alone), Lp(a) (a genetically-determined risk factor that standard panels miss entirely), hsCRP (a sensitive inflammation marker), and homocysteine (a methylation-related metric associated with cardiovascular and cognitive health). Metabolic markers include HbA1c, fasting insulin, and beta cell function — a combination that may reveal early insulin resistance even when fasting glucose is still within normal range. Uric acid and cystatin C (a more sensitive kidney function marker than standard creatinine) round out the metabolic picture. Hormonal coverage is thorough: total and free testosterone, DHT, estradiol, FSH, LH, DHEA-S, and prolactin, alongside PSA for relevant clients. The thyroid panel includes TSH, Free T4, and T3, providing insight into conversion efficiency rather than just TSH alone. Iron studies (iron, TIBC, ferritin, transferrin) and a complete CBC with differential complete the panel. The $499 package includes a 30-minute consultation with an on-staff Registered Dietitian who prepares a personalised summary report and helps you prioritise which findings warrant follow-up. For clients who want physician-level interpretation, Dr. Jahan Fahimi (MD) is available as a 60-minute add-on consultation ($700). Blood draw can be done on-site at Custom Fit SF's Hayes Valley studio or at any Quest Diagnostics location for clients who prefer a different time or neighborhood. Results are returned within 1–2 weeks via text or email.
