PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Vampirlifting using the patient's own plasma for facial, décolletage, and scalp rejuvenation. Also offered as PRP hair loss treatment for androgenetic alopecia — scalp injections to strengthen follicles and stimulate thicker hair growth. Polynucleotide (PN) biostimulator therapy also available for under-eyes, scars, and stretch marks.
Dermatologische Gemeinschaftspraxis Bogenhausen München offers platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy across facial rejuvenation and hair restoration indications, as well as polynucleotide (PN) biostimulator treatments. PRP is produced by drawing a small volume of the patient's blood and centrifuging it to concentrate the platelet fraction — platelets are rich in growth factors including PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, and EGF, all of which play central roles in tissue repair, collagen synthesis, and cell proliferation. The Vampirlifting protocol at the practice injects PRP directly into the face, décolletage, or scalp using fine needles or a mesogun, or applies it topically in combination with microneedling to maximise absorption through the needling channels. On the face and décolletage, PRP stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin, improving skin firmness, hydration, and the appearance of fine lines and early skin laxity. The scalp application targets androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern hair loss): injections of PRP into the scalp dermis are associated with strengthening existing follicles, extending the anagen (growth) phase, and stimulating miniaturised follicles to produce thicker, healthier hair shafts over a course of sessions. A standard course is approximately three sessions for scalp or facial applications. Polynucleotide (PN) biostimulator therapy — described by the clinic as Biostimulatoren — is also available. PN therapy uses purified DNA-derived polynucleotide chains to stimulate A2 purinergic receptors on fibroblasts, supporting cellular regeneration and extracellular matrix production. The clinic specifically lists under-eyes, scars, and stretch marks as indications, with approximately three sessions recommended for optimal effect. All PRP and PN procedures are performed by the clinic's specialist dermatology team at Bülowstraße 5 in Munich's Bogenhausen district.
