BOTOX Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is the practice's primary neuromodulator, administered to relax the dynamic facial muscles responsible for expression-related wrinkles. Kybella (deoxycholic acid) is an injectable compound that permanently destroys the cell membranes of submental adipocytes — the fat cells beneath the chin — producing progressive reduction of submental fullness over a series of two to three treatment sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Results are permanent as the destroyed fat cells do not regenerate. Bellafill is a semi-permanent collagen-based filler incorporating PMMA microspheres, which remain after the collagen vehicle is absorbed and provide a long-duration scaffolding effect for nasolabial fold correction, with clinical studies showing results lasting up to five years.
