The Healthsprings Longevity and Anti-Aging Programme is built on the principle that chronological age tells only part of the story — biological age, determined by the body's physiological condition at the cellular and systemic level, is the more meaningful predictor of long-term health and vitality. The programme begins with a comprehensive longevity panel that measures metabolic health and insulin resistance, full hormonal balance (sex hormones, thyroid, cortisol, growth factors), cardiovascular risk markers, micronutrient status, inflammatory burden, and advanced cancer surveillance markers. Beyond standard blood work, the programme integrates cognitive function screening via the Neurowyzr platform, gut microbiome analysis through AMILI stool testing, bone density assessment via DEXA scan, and cardiovascular structure review via carotid ultrasound — creating a genuinely multi-system picture of biological age. Doctors then use these data points to identify the specific imbalances driving accelerated ageing in each patient, and develop a personalised intervention plan covering nutrition, supplementation, hormone optimisation, sleep, exercise, and stress management. Patients who enrol in 3, 6, or 12-month longevity programmes receive ongoing physician support, periodic retesting to track progress, and access to adjunct therapies such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and LED phototherapy. The programme is led by Dr Soh Lea Sar and a team of GPs with specialist training in geriatric medicine, dermatology, and functional health — bringing clinical rigour to what is often an unregulated wellness space.
