The Helix Privé Women's Health and Hormonal Panel is a detailed diagnostic assessment tailored to female physiology, covering the hormonal, metabolic, nutritional, and cardiovascular markers most relevant to women's long-term health and vitality. It is designed for women at any life stage — from those navigating perimenopause to those in their thirties seeking a proactive longevity baseline. The hormonal assessment covers oestradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone for ovarian reserve), prolactin, free and total testosterone, and DHEA-S. Thyroid function is assessed in full — TSH, free T3, free T4, and thyroid antibodies (TPO and anti-thyroglobulin) to screen for autoimmune thyroid conditions such as Hashimoto's disease. Adrenal function is evaluated via cortisol, which is a key indicator of HPA-axis dysfunction often presenting as chronic fatigue, mood dysregulation, and sleep disruption. Metabolic markers include fasting glucose, HbA1c, fasting insulin, and a full lipid profile. Nutrient status is assessed via ferritin, full iron studies, vitamin D, vitamin B12, and folate — all commonly deficient in women and closely linked to energy, mood, and cognitive function.
