Surgery lasts two to four hours under general anesthesia, with splint removal at one week and social presentability by weeks two to three. Candidates should be 16 or older for women and 17–18 or older for men with fully developed facial structures. All facility and anesthesia costs are included in the quoted starting price.

Open rhinoplasty offers greater exposure and precision for cases involving significant dorsal reduction, tip refinement, or structural grafting. Closed rhinoplasty limits incisions to inside the nostrils, producing no external scarring, and suits more limited modifications. Both techniques are performed under general anesthesia at a credentialed facility, with all facility and anesthesia costs bundled into the starting price of $12,000. Surgery typically lasts two to four hours. Post-operatively, a cast and sutures are worn for approximately one week before removal at the office. Most patients are socially presentable by weeks two to three, though the nasal tip continues to refine for up to twelve months as residual swelling resolves and final contour stabilises. Age eligibility requires fully developed facial structures — generally 16 and older for women, 17–18 and older for men.
