Mesotherapy
Duration
40 min
Medical mesotherapy at Klinika preventivní dermatologie in Ostrava, delivering a physician-selected cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants and mineralised actives directly into the mid-dermis via fine-needle microinjections. By bypassing the epidermal barrier, mesotherapy delivers active compounds at concentrations far higher than topical application can achieve at the target dermal depth. The treatment addresses skin dehydration, dullness, early laxity and hair thinning with minimal downtime — occasional pinpoint marks or mild redness typically resolve within 24–48 hours. From 2,500 Kč per session.
Mesotherapy delivers active substances directly into the dermis or subcutis through a series of tiny intradermal or subcutaneous injections, bypassing the epidermal barrier that significantly limits how much of a topically applied active can actually reach the skin's deeper layers. At Klinika preventivní dermatologie the physician selects the injection cocktail based on the patient's primary concern — dehydration, early wrinkle formation, loss of elasticity, dull complexion, hair thinning or localised fat — and combines the most appropriate actives at dermatological concentrations. For facial rejuvenation and hydration the standard cocktail includes non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (which provides immediate deep hydration and plumps from within), a B-vitamin complex (thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, cobalamin) to support cell energy and collagen synthesis, a full essential amino-acid profile as the substrate for new collagen fibres, antioxidants including vitamin C and glutathione to neutralise free radicals, and coenzyme Q10 for mitochondrial support. For hair-thinning applications the cocktail is adjusted to include growth-factor stimulators and vasodilatory actives that improve follicle perfusion. The injections are administered in the 'nappage' technique — a series of closely spaced intradermal injections across the treatment area, using a very fine gauge needle — and take around fifteen to twenty minutes for a full facial treatment. Discomfort is mild; a topical anaesthetic cream can be applied before the session if preferred. After each injection a tiny papule appears and flattens within minutes. Mild redness and occasional pinpoint bruising are normal and typically resolve within 24–48 hours. Patients are advised to avoid sun exposure, intense heat (sauna, hot bath) and active skincare ingredients for 24 hours after. Results accumulate across sessions. After three to five sessions spaced two to three weeks apart most patients notice improved skin luminosity and hydration that holds between sessions, with progressive softening of fine lines and a firmer overall feel as the cumulative effect of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and collagen-stimulating actives builds. At 2,500 Kč per session, with a minimum three-session course recommended.
