Longevity Center Warsaw

Located at Belwederska 9 in central Warsaw, Longevity Center is one of Poland's most comprehensive longevity clinics, founded in 2019 by Joanna Bensz. Diagnostic programmes range from the entry-level Metabolic Check-up (comprehensive blood biomarkers, metabolic analysis, body composition) through to the Elite Check-up, which adds MRI scans, telomere length analysis, microplastic testing, neurological consultations, and advanced imaging including DEXA. A Master Plus tier sits in the middle and includes gut microbiome, food intolerance, and continuous glucose monitoring. Programmes are priced from approximately €6,000 for an initial assessment, positioning the clinic at the premium end of the Polish market; comparable Polish longevity check-ups start around €2,000–€3,000 elsewhere. The scientific advisory board is chaired by Eric Verdin M.D., Ph.D., president of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, giving the clinic credibility within the international longevity medicine community. The multidisciplinary team includes cardiologists, neurologists, immunologists, psychologists, and longevity coaches.
