Wrinkle Treatment (Botox)

Botulinum toxin injection for dynamic wrinkle reduction.

Anti-wrinkle injections use purified botulinum toxin (brands include Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin) to temporarily relax the facial muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles — the lines that form when you frown, squint, or raise your eyebrows. The treatment works by blocking nerve signals to targeted muscles, reducing their contraction and allowing the overlying skin to smooth out. Common treatment areas include forehead lines, frown lines ("11s" between the eyebrows), and crow's feet around the eyes. Results typically appear within 3–7 days and last 3–4 months, at which point the muscle activity gradually returns and treatment can be repeated. When performed by an experienced injector, anti-wrinkle injections produce natural-looking results that soften expression lines while maintaining normal facial movement.
