All collectors hold a nationally recognised Certificate III in Pathology Collection, and samples are processed through accredited Australian laboratories with results typically available within 1-2 days. A private home visit fee of $50-$100 applies depending on location, with Medicare-eligible pathology tests bulk-billed separately. The service accepts GP referrals, telehealth referrals, and self-request orders — no doctor's referral is required. VR goggles are available for needle-anxious patients.
