Motykie Med Spa uses the Exilis platform — a combined radiofrequency and ultrasound energy device by BTL Aesthetics — for non-invasive body contouring and skin tightening. Exilis uses controlled monopolar RF energy to heat the deep dermis and subcutaneous fat layer, while simultaneous focused ultrasound provides additional tissue penetration. The combination of RF-generated heat and ultrasound energy creates thermal disruption of adipocytes at target depths, along with collagen denaturation and subsequent remodelling as the tissue repairs — producing simultaneous fat reduction and skin tightening in treated areas. The device includes a temperature-monitoring system that provides real-time feedback to maintain the target tissue temperature within a therapeutic window (typically 40–45°C) throughout the session, optimising the thermal dose while protecting the skin surface via epidermal cooling. Common facial treatment zones include the jawline, cheeks, and neck for skin tightening; body zones include the abdomen, flanks (love handles), inner and outer thighs, upper arms, and knees. Pricing is tiered by area: $400 for small areas, $650 for medium areas, and $900 for large areas, making it accessible for both targeted facial contouring and broader body areas. No anaesthesia, needles, or downtime are required.
