It is covered entirely by Czech public health insurance, meaning there is no direct cost to the patient regardless of insurance provider. During the 20–30 minute consultation, MUDr. Rabinský: - Examines the teeth and bite (occlusion type — overbite, underbite, crossbite, open bite, spacing, crowding) - Takes a panoramic dental X-ray (OPG) to assess root positions and bone structure - Documents the current dentition with clinical photographs - Explains whether the patient's case is suitable for Invisalign or Spark, and approximately what complexity category applies - Outlines the subsequent steps (digital scan, ClinCheck simulation, aligner fitting) and answers questions This consultation does not include the digital scan, treatment plan, or price quotation — those are provided at the second appointment (vstupní vyšetření, 1,100 Kč for the smile design simulation).
