NutriDrip's infrared sauna sessions use a far-infrared radiant heat source — rather than the steam or convective heat of traditional Finnish saunas — to heat the body directly at lower ambient temperatures, typically between 45°C and 60°C compared to 80–100°C in a conventional sauna. Far-infrared radiation penetrates several centimetres into subcutaneous tissue, directly elevating core body temperature and triggering sweating, vasodilation, and cardiovascular responses without the need for the extreme ambient temperatures that some users find uncomfortable or poorly tolerated. The resulting physiological response is comparable in many respects to moderate aerobic exercise: heart rate increases, peripheral blood vessels dilate to dissipate heat, and the sweat glands activate to evaporatively cool the body surface. Regular infrared sauna use has been studied in the context of cardiovascular function, muscle soreness recovery, subjective stress reduction, and skin condition, though the evidence base varies by outcome. Sessions at NutriDrip are available in three durations — 30 minutes ($45), 45 minutes ($60), and 60 minutes ($75) — allowing clients to select a session length suited to their tolerance and goals.
