NYC Lipo's body contouring portfolio spans surgical and non-surgical approaches: Brazilian butt lift (BBL) with microdroplet fat transfer, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with optional BodyTite radiofrequency tightening, arm lift (brachioplasty), back lift, gynecomastia surgery, and post-bariatric contouring. Non-surgical options include EMSculpt HIFEM muscle-building and SculpSure laser fat reduction. All surgical procedures are performed in the practice's AAAASF-accredited in-office suite.
NYC Lipo's body contouring practice covers the full continuum from non-invasive to complex surgical reconstruction, all under the direction of Dr Elie Levine and, for skin-focused adjuncts, dermatologist Dr Jody Levine. The Brazilian butt lift (BBL) at NYC Lipo combines liposuction to harvest fat from donor areas with careful re-injection into the buttocks using a microdroplet technique designed for smooth, natural projection. Procedures run two to four hours and use the patient's own tissue, avoiding the risks associated with synthetic implants. Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) at NYC Lipo addresses excess abdominal skin, underlying muscle laxity, and residual fat in a single operating session lasting 2.5 to four hours. The practice has a speciality interest in umbilical rejuvenation within the tummy tuck — recreating a natural-looking navel position and shape. Cases may be combined with BodyTite radiofrequency-assisted liposuction for enhanced skin tightening without extending incision length. Select cases involving muscle repair after diastasis recti may have partial insurance coverage. BodyTite uses radiofrequency energy delivered via a bipolar handpiece — one electrode under the skin, one on the surface — to contract the fibrous tissue network and tighten overlying skin. It can be used standalone or combined with liposuction or abdominoplasty. FaceTite applies the same technology to the face and neck for non-surgical lifting. For patients who prefer non-surgical options, EMSculpt uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to induce supramaximal muscle contractions — the equivalent of thousands of crunches or squats per 30-minute session. A standard course is four sessions spaced two to three days apart; results typically peak at four to six months. EMSculpt can be applied to the abdomen, flanks, and buttocks, making it a useful complement to surgical contouring or a standalone maintenance option. SculpSure delivers diode laser energy through surface applicators to reduce subcutaneous fat cells without surgery. Additional surgical options include arm lift (brachioplasty), back lift, gynecomastia surgery for male breast tissue, mommy makeover packages, and post-bariatric body lifting for patients after major weight loss. Out-of-town and international patients are actively accommodated.
