The Parsley Health Advanced Lab Panel is one of the most comprehensive blood testing services available in New York, covering 80+ individual biomarkers organised into 13 clinically curated panels. Unlike a standard annual physical where testing is often limited to a basic metabolic panel and lipid screen, Parsley's panel is designed to surface subclinical imbalances across every major physiological system before they become diagnosable conditions. The 13 panels span: Complete Blood Count (red and white cell counts, platelets, haemoglobin), Heart Health (LDL particle size, triglycerides, Lipoprotein(a)), Metabolic Health (HbA1c, fasting insulin, leptin for insulin resistance assessment), Thyroid Health (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and thyroid antibodies for Hashimoto's screening), Hormone Balance (estradiol, total testosterone, DHEA-sulfate), Inflammation Index (high-sensitivity CRP and other inflammatory markers), Kidney Function (creatinine, GFR), Liver Function (ALT, AST, bilirubin, ALP), Stress and Adrenal (cortisol, DHEA), Nutrient Reserve (vitamin D, ferritin, magnesium, zinc, B12), Electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium), Autoimmune screening (ANA, thyroid antibodies), and Environmental Toxins (mercury and lead). Beyond the raw numbers, Parsley synthesises results into three proprietary scores: a Functional Health Score (overall wellness percentile), Functional Age (biological vs chronological age), and Aging Velocity (the rate at which you are ageing). These are reviewed in a one-on-one virtual consultation with a board-certified functional medicine clinician who provides actionable recommendations. New York and New Jersey residents can split payment into two instalments of $275. For those who already have recent labs from Quest, Labcorp, Function Health, InsideTracker, or other providers, a Bring Your Own Labs option is available at $250/year, covering clinician review and scoring of existing bloodwork.
