Dermal fillers are injectable gels — most commonly based on hyaluronic acid, a sugar molecule naturally present in skin — used to replace age-related volume loss, soften nasolabial folds and marionette lines, hydrate and shape lips, and contour the chin, jawline and cheekbones. Because hyaluronic acid binds water, results combine immediate volumising with improved skin hydration, and the effect is reversible with hyaluronidase if ever needed. At Perfect Visage all filler work is performed by the clinic's founding physician, MUDr. Tereza Kadeřábková, whose background in anaesthesiology and intensive medicine and IPVZ filler certification underpin a safety-first injection technique. The clinic works exclusively with certified materials. Standard hyaluronic acid filler is priced at 5,500 Kč per 1 ml ampoule; Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite biostimulatory filler suited to deeper volumisation and collagen stimulation, costs 9,000 Kč for 1.5 ml. A comprehensive facial contouring session using hyaluronic acid across multiple zones is available for 15,000 Kč. A session begins with assessment of facial proportions and discussion of the desired outcome, followed by disinfection, optional topical or injection anaesthesia (+500 Kč), and precise placement of the filler. Results are visible immediately and settle fully within about two weeks; mild swelling or bruising at injection points may occur and resolves within days. Hyaluronic acid results typically last 6–18 months depending on the product and area treated; Radiesse may last 12–18 months. The clinic also offers hyaluronidase dissolving of previous external filler work (lips from 1,500 Kč).
