The Hollywood Peel at Perfect Visage is a no-downtime carbon laser facial: a thin layer of medical carbon lotion is applied to the skin and then vaporised with laser pulses, deep-cleansing pores, exfoliating the surface, evening tone and stimulating collagen. Loved as a pre-event glow treatment, it costs 5,500 Kč for the face and 7,000 Kč including neck and décolleté.

The Hollywood Peel — also called the carbon laser peel or 'black doll facial' — pairs a medical-grade liquid carbon mask with a Q-switched laser. The carbon particles penetrate into pores and bind to sebum, dead cells and surface impurities; when the laser passes over the skin, it targets the black carbon, vaporising it together with the bound debris. The photo-acoustic effect simultaneously exfoliates the outermost skin layer, shrinks the appearance of pores, reduces oiliness, lightens superficial pigmentation and delivers gentle thermal stimulation of collagen. The treatment earned its name from its popularity before red-carpet events: it produces an immediate clean, matte, luminous finish with essentially no downtime — the face may be mildly pink for an hour or two, and makeup can be applied the same day. It suits almost all skin types, including oily and acne-prone skin, and is repeatable every three to four weeks; courses of four to six sessions give cumulative improvement in tone, texture and pore appearance. The session takes around 45–60 minutes including carbon mask application and laser passes, performed by the clinic's device-aesthetics specialist. Sun protection is recommended after treatment, and the procedure is best avoided on actively inflamed or freshly tanned skin.
