Injection Lipolysis (Fat-Dissolving Injections)

Injection lipolysis at Perfect Visage dissolves stubborn localised fat deposits — double chin, cheeks, abdomen, thighs, knees or upper arms — with a series of micro-injections of a fat-dissolving solution. The released fat is then metabolised naturally by the body. Sessions cost 2,000–2,500 Kč depending on area, with the procedure performed by a physician.

Injection lipolysis (often called 'fat-dissolving injections' or lipolytic mesotherapy) targets discrete fat pockets that resist diet and exercise. A solution based on deoxycholate compounds is injected in a grid pattern directly into the subcutaneous fat layer, where it disrupts the membranes of fat cells. The released lipids are then cleared gradually through the lymphatic system and metabolised by the liver over the following weeks — meaning results appear progressively rather than overnight. The method suits small, well-defined areas rather than general weight loss: the double chin and lower cheeks are the classic indication (2,000 Kč per session at Perfect Visage), while larger zones — thighs and buttocks, upper and lower abdomen, knees, shoulders, arms and back — are treated at 2,500 Kč per session. The clinic also positions the treatment for cellulite reduction in combination-prone areas. Optional injection anaesthesia is available for 500 Kč, and the procedure is performed by MUDr. Kadeřábková. A session takes around 20–30 minutes. Swelling, tenderness and occasional bruising in the treated zone are expected for several days — this is part of the inflammatory fat-clearing response. Most patients need two to four sessions per area, spaced four to eight weeks apart, with the final contour visible about eight weeks after the last session. Injection lipolysis can be combined with cryolipolysis, EMS and lymphatic drainage in the clinic's body-contouring programme.
