Jett Plasma Lift is a plasma-based skin tightening technology: a precisely controlled electrical discharge ionises the air between the device tip and the skin, creating a micro-plasma arc that causes immediate sublimation of microscopic skin points and contraction of the surrounding tissue. The cumulative effect across a treated area is visible skin shrinkage and tightening — which is why the method has become an established non-surgical option for hooded or drooping eyelids (soft blepharoplasty) and for static wrinkles. Perfect Visage offers treatment of upper or lower eyelids at 4,000 Kč, complete eyelid treatment (upper and lower) at 6,000 Kč, and plasma treatment of facial wrinkles — such as perioral 'smoker's lines' — at 4,000 Kč per session. MUDr. Kadeřábková obtained her Jett Plasma Lift qualification certificate in 2023. The session begins with numbing cream (30–45 minutes), after which the practitioner places a grid of tiny plasma dots across the excess skin. Small brown crusts form at each dot and flake off naturally within 5–7 days; mild swelling of the eyelids is common for the first 2–3 days. Sun protection is essential during healing. Many patients achieve their desired result in a single session, though 1–3 sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart may be recommended for more pronounced laxity. Results develop fully over 2–3 months as collagen remodels and typically last for years, since excess skin is physically reduced.
