Microneedling (collagen induction therapy) uses a motorised pen with fine sterile needles to create controlled micro-perforations in the skin. Each micro-channel triggers the wound-healing cascade — growth factor release, fibroblast activation and new collagen and elastin synthesis — while temporarily opening the skin barrier so that active mesotherapy serums (hyaluronic acid, vitamins, peptides) penetrate far more effectively than from surface application. Perfect Visage offers several variants. Classic microneedling of the face costs 1,500 Kč and of the neck 1,000 Kč, improving texture, fine lines, enlarged pores and shallow acne scars. BB Glow (1,500 Kč, or 2,500 Kč combined with microneedling) infuses a tinted, skin-toned serum for a semi-permanent light-foundation effect that evens complexion for several months. Nanotherapy (1,800 Kč) uses nano-scale tips that stimulate and infuse the epidermis without true needling — a gentler option for sensitive skin with no downtime. Scalp mesotherapy with a hair-growth support serum (2,500 Kč) targets thinning hair by delivering nutrients and stimulating microcirculation around the follicles; it is typically performed as a course of several monthly sessions. A facial session takes 45–60 minutes including numbing cream. Expect pink, slightly tight skin for 24–48 hours after classic microneedling; nanotherapy and BB Glow have minimal visible recovery.
