Microneedle radiofrequency (RF microneedling) is one of the most effective non-surgical technologies for skin tightening and texture repair. An array of fine insulated needles penetrates the skin to a controlled depth and releases radiofrequency energy directly in the dermis — precisely where heat stimulates collagen contraction and new collagen synthesis — while sparing the skin surface. The combination of mechanical micro-injury and deep RF heating produces firmer, denser, smoother skin over the following weeks. Perfect Visage uses the Crystalit RF microneedling platform, operated by cosmetologist Sandra Petković, who specialises in device aesthetics. Treatment zones and prices: eye area + forehead + temples 3,800 Kč; lower face 4,400 Kč; full face 6,800 Kč; neck 2,400 Kč; décolleté 3,000 Kč; complete face, neck and décolleté 9,900 Kč. Surface (non-needle) radiofrequency is also available — face 2,000 Kč, face + neck + décolleté 3,000 Kč — and body areas are priced from 3,000 Kč by size. A three-session package carries a 10% discount, and Czech benefit cards are accepted on device treatments. A session takes 45–60 minutes including numbing cream. Expect redness and mild swelling for 24–48 hours and tiny micro-marks that fade within days; makeup can usually be worn after 24 hours. A course of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is typical, with results building for three to six months as collagen matures. The same platform is also used for the clinic's hyperhidrosis programme (underarms, palms, feet).
