PDO Thread Lift

The thread lift at Perfect Visage uses resorbable lifting threads to mechanically reposition sagging tissue and stimulate collagen along the thread tracks. MUDr. Kadeřábková trained in Mini-Threads PDO Therapy and holds Aptos lifting thread accreditation, offering cheek lifting, brow elevation ('foxy eyes'), and firming of the neck, mouth and eye areas — a minimally invasive alternative to surgical lifting with little downtime.

A thread lift is a minimally invasive lifting procedure in which fine, fully resorbable threads — typically polydioxanone (PDO) — are introduced under the skin through a needle or cannula to physically support and reposition descending soft tissue. Barbed lifting threads anchor in the subcutaneous layer and produce an immediate mechanical lift, while the body's response to the threads stimulates new collagen along each track, firming the tissue progressively as the threads dissolve over several months. Perfect Visage offers thread lifting of the cheeks and jowl area (9,000 Kč), eyebrow elevation in the popular 'foxy eyes' pattern (6,000 Kč), firming of the neck (4,000 Kč), the perioral area around the mouth (4,500 Kč) and the periocular area (4,000 Kč). Combinations of zones are priced individually at consultation, which is free when followed by the procedure. The treatment is performed under local anaesthesia and takes roughly 45–60 minutes depending on the areas treated. The mechanical lift is visible immediately; the collagen-stimulation effect develops over two to three months. Mild swelling, tightness or small bruises can occur during the first week, and patients are advised to avoid wide mouth opening, intense exercise and sleeping face-down for a short period. Results typically last 12–18 months as the threads resorb and new collagen matures.
