Type

Facial Rejuvenation

Duration

1 hour

HydraFacial medical-grade facial using Vortex-Fusion technology to simultaneously cleanse, exfoliate, extract congestion, and infuse the skin with hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, and peptides. Addresses fine lines, enlarged pores, oily or congested skin, mild hyperpigmentation, and overall dullness. No downtime — suitable for all skin types. Available as part of SkinCare Physicians' aesthetician services.

SkinCare Physicians includes HydraFacial in the clinic's aesthetician services programme, offering the patented Vortex-Fusion delivery system as a non-invasive, no-downtime facial treatment suitable for all skin types and as a standalone treatment or a complement to laser, injectable, and resurfacing procedures. The HydraFacial protocol follows a structured sequence of steps performed using a single multi-function handpiece. In the first phase, a gentle spiral tip removes dead skin cells from the surface with a mild combined glycolic and salicylic acid solution, revealing fresher skin beneath without the discomfort or recovery of more aggressive exfoliation methods. In the second phase, a vacuum-assisted vortex action simultaneously loosens blackheads and sebaceous plugs from follicle openings and infuses a salicylic acid extraction solution into the follicle to soften and remove congestion — a process that achieves pore cleansing without the trauma and post-procedure redness of manual extraction. The third phase infuses a concentrated serum of hyaluronic acid, antioxidant peptides (including epidermal growth factor analogues), and brightening agents via the same vortex handpiece into the freshly cleared and exfoliated skin, maximising penetration of active ingredients into the superficial dermis. At SkinCare Physicians, the aesthetician-delivered HydraFacial is supervised within a physician-led dermatology environment, which allows for customisation of treatment boosters and combination with physician-administered procedures such as microneedling, laser treatments, or injectables in the same visit. Skin appears immediately brighter, more hydrated, and more even in tone post-treatment, with no redness or peeling. The treatment is particularly popular as a preparatory treatment before events and as a maintenance treatment between laser and injectable sessions.
