The Invisalign workflow at Sorriso dental follows the full clinical protocol: initial consultation with records (photographs, study models, X-rays), impressions sent to the Align Technology laboratory in the USA, ClinCheck digital treatment simulation reviewed and refined with the patient, manufacturing of the complete aligner series (approximately five weeks), placement of tooth-coloured composite attachments for precise movement control, and interproximal reduction (stripping) where needed to create space. Patients change aligners every 14 days and attend check-ups approximately every two months. Retention is handled with a fixed lingual wire bonded behind the straightened teeth, supplemented by a custom removable retainer worn nightly.
