A comprehensive longevity assessment combining extended blood panels, biological age measurement, organ and system function evaluation, and an individualised prevention plan developed by a multidisciplinary team.
The programme is structured in three phases: an initial physician interview covering medical history, lifestyle, family background and priority risk areas; a diagnostics phase including lipid profile, inflammatory markers (CRP, IL-6), cancer screening panels, insulin resistance markers, vitamins (D, B12), and hormones — with optional genetic testing and biological age measurement; and an ongoing implementation phase with lifestyle modifications and regenerative interventions. Care is delivered collaboratively by a GP, dietitian, psychologist, and physiotherapist. Age-specific emphasis is applied for the 30–40, 40–50, and 50+ cohorts. No fixed package price is published; costs are confirmed at the first consultation.
