The custom facial begins with a thorough analysis of the client's skin — assessing hydration levels, sebum production, pore size, pigmentation, sensitivity, and signs of ageing — before a tailored protocol is assembled from the spa's treatment menu. This may include enzyme or AHA-based exfoliation to accelerate surface cell turnover, manual or ultrasonic extraction to clear congested pores, high-frequency current for bacterial reduction, and a mask and serum combination chosen to address the skin's primary concerns.
