Tlenowo is a small Wrocław hyperbaric oxygen therapy studio at ul. Balonowa 39B in Nowy Dwór (dzielnica Fabryczna), operated by AiR sp.j. The studio runs a single soft-shell chamber up to 1.5 ATA. Sessions are 75 minutes total — gradual compression, plateau at the target pressure, gradual decompression — with the patient lying or seated comfortably and breathing 100 % oxygen via mask. New clients ramp through three pressures over their first three visits (1.25 ATA → 1.35 ATA → 1.5 ATA), converging to the 1.5 ATA maximum from session four onward. The chamber is described as roomy, bright enough to read in, and suitable for short meditation or breathwork during the session. Wellness positioning throughout — recovery, immune support after viral infections (incl. post-COVID syndrome), stress reduction, sleep quality, mild dermatology / sports-recovery / mood-support indications. The studio explicitly publishes its contraindications (chemotherapy, untreated pneumothorax, certain drug regimens, pregnancy, pacemaker, claustrophobia, active infection, fever, optic-nerve inflammation history) and routes clinical-protocol cases to a referring physician. Pricing is single-session 150 PLN with 3 / 5 / 10 / 20-session karnet packs that drop the per-session rate from 150 PLN down to ~105 PLN. Optional add-ons: massage (classic / sports / relaxation) at 150 PLN per hour, a 250 PLN combo of one hour HBOT + one hour massage, and kinesiotaping at 50 PLN.
