Stand-alone, self-pay blood tests for clients who want to check a specific marker without booking a full examination. The clinic can draw and process individual analyses such as vitamin D status, homocysteine, C-reactive protein (CRP) as a marker of inflammation, Helicobacter pylori antibodies, and Lyme disease (borreliosis) antibodies, among others. A quick blood draw at the clinic is followed by a laboratory result; some specialised antibody panels and oncomarkers are quoted on an individual basis.

Alongside its comprehensive examinations, Top Moravia Health offers a menu of individual blood tests on a self-pay basis, useful when you want to monitor a single parameter, follow up a previous result, or check something your insurance does not cover. Representative prices include vitamin D at 2,100 Kč, homocysteine at 780 Kč, CRP at 180 Kč, Helicobacter pylori antibodies at 2,480 Kč and Lyme/borreliosis antibodies at 3,900 Kč. Other tests available include blood-group typing, HIV, celiac and CCP antibodies, tetanus and tick-borne encephalitis antibodies, chlamydia and mycoplasma antibodies, and various oncomarkers, with several specialised panels quoted individually. Blood is drawn at the clinic in a short appointment and results are reported once the laboratory analysis is complete; many of these tests are free or discounted for members of the clinic's long-term care programmes.
