The Unilabs Fitness blood panel fills the gap between the general preventive panel and the specialised sports medicine panel typically accessible only through private sports physicians. It addresses the specific physiological demands of regular training: the increased requirements for oxygen-carrying capacity, accelerated micronutrient turnover from high metabolic rate, the hormonal adaptations (and maladaptations) to training load, and the recovery-limiting deficiencies that reduce training gains without obvious symptoms.
