Vistadent's preventive hygiene programme is delivered by two qualified dental hygienists — Jitka Zemánková, DiS. (specialising in hygiene and airflow sandblasting) and Lucie Konvičková, DiS. (specialising in hygiene and whitening). The initial examination appointment (~90 min) includes a comprehensive assessment of gum health, supragingival and subgingival tartar removal, plaque disclosing and removal, and personalised instruction in correct brushing technique and interdental cleaning methods suitable for the patient's specific anatomy. Recall visits maintain the results established at the initial session and are recommended at intervals set by the hygienist. Airflow sandblasting is offered as an add-on or standalone treatment for pigmentation removal caused by coffee, tea, red wine, or tobacco. Paediatric hygiene sessions are available from age five and are priced separately. Local fluoride varnish application is available to strengthen enamel after cleaning. All procedures are self-pay; Czech public health insurance does not cover dental hygiene sessions.
