Arm lift (brachioplasty) removes loose, hanging skin from the inner upper arm through an incision along the inner arm from the axilla toward the elbow, with placement refined to minimise visible scarring. Thigh lift tightens the inner and outer thigh through incisions in the groin crease and, for more extensive cases, along the inner thigh to the knee. For patients who have undergone massive weight loss, Dr. Zarrabi offers the lower body lift, upper body lift, and 360-degree body lift. These circumferential procedures address the abdomen, flanks, back, and buttocks in a single or staged operative session, removing the excess tissue that encircles the trunk. The Brazilian butt lift (BBL) transfers fat harvested by liposuction from the abdomen, flanks, or thighs to the buttocks, creating improved projection and shape. A Skinny BBL variant is available for patients with limited donor fat volume. Fat transfer can additionally correct contour irregularities or restore volume to areas that appear deflated following weight loss.
