Zarrabi Plastic Surgery offers a curated menu of non-surgical injectable treatments performed under the direct supervision of Dr. Michael Zarrabi, a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Injectable services are designed to complement the practice's surgical offering and provide natural-looking enhancement without operative downtime. Botox (botulinum toxin type A) temporarily relaxes hyperactive facial muscles responsible for dynamic lines — horizontal forehead lines, glabellar frown lines between the brows, and lateral crow's feet. Treatment takes approximately 15 minutes; onset appears within three to five days and results last three to four months on average. Botox is also used therapeutically at the practice for hyperhidrosis: injections into the underarm skin or palms block the nerve signals that trigger excessive sweating, providing relief for six to twelve months per treatment cycle. Facial fillers — hyaluronic acid-based injectables — restore lost mid-face volume, soften nasolabial folds and marionette lines, define lip borders, and enhance cheekbone projection. Filler treatments are reversible with hyaluronidase and can be layered or adjusted at follow-up appointments. Kybella (deoxycholic acid) permanently destroys fat cells beneath the chin, reducing submental fullness without surgery. A typical course involves two to four treatment sessions spaced at least four weeks apart. Liquid rhinoplasty uses dermal fillers to camouflage a dorsal hump, lift a drooping nasal tip, or improve nasal symmetry — with results visible immediately and reversible on demand. This non-surgical option allows patients to preview the aesthetic effects of rhinoplasty before deciding on a surgical approach.
