Orthodontic Consultation

An initial orthodontic consultation at Zuboland Olomouc with MUDr. Rabinský covers assessment of tooth alignment and bite, suitability for Invisalign or Spark clear aligners versus fixed braces, and an overview of treatment options and indicative costs. No referral from a general dentist is required. The appointment can be booked online via the Medevio system or by phone during morning hours.

The initial orthodontic consultation is the entry point for any treatment at Zuboland. During the appointment, the orthodontist examines the patient's teeth, bite, and jaw relationship to determine the nature and complexity of the case — identifying crowding, spacing, rotations, overbite, overjet, crossbite, or other issues requiring correction. Based on this clinical examination, the orthodontist recommends the most appropriate treatment system — Invisalign, Spark clear aligners, or DAMON metal braces — and explains the clinical reasoning, treatment duration estimate, and cost range for the patient's specific case. If the patient wishes to proceed, orthodontic documentation is scheduled as the next step: a digital 3D intraoral scan, full-face and intraoral photographs, and any necessary dental X-rays. The 3D scan replaces physical dental impressions entirely, producing a precise digital model that is submitted to the aligner manufacturer for treatment simulation. The 1,000 Kč consultation fee is payable at the visit. In many cases, clinics apply the consultation fee toward the treatment cost if the patient proceeds — confirm with the clinic at the time of booking.
