Basic Prevention Health Check
Lab Med's flagship self-pay prevention package — a single fasting blood draw that screens kidney function, liver function, blood formation, mineral balance and lipid metabolism in one go. It bundles a sodium-potassium-chloride and glucose panel, urea and creatinine, a liver-enzyme set (ALT, GGT, ALP, amylase) with total and direct bilirubin, cholesterol and albumin, plus a full blood count with differential. Drawn fasting at the ISO 15189-accredited Brno-Starý Lískovec laboratory, with results in about 24 hours. If a value falls outside range, the lab staff can advise on targeted follow-up tests.
InBody InGrip Hand-Grip Strength Measurement
A precise hand-grip strength test on the InBody InGrip digital dynamometer. Grip strength is one of the best-validated, lowest-effort proxies for whole-body muscle strength and is widely used to screen for sarcopenia — the age-related loss of muscle that is closely tied to frailty, recovery and healthy ageing. At Klinika Best of Me the squeeze-and-release measurement takes only a couple of minutes, and the digital reading is interpreted by a clinician alongside the clinic's body-composition data so that strength can be tracked objectively over time rather than estimated.
InBody 580 Body Composition Analysis
Body composition analysis on a medical-grade InBody 580 multi-frequency bioelectrical-impedance analyser. Rather than a single bathroom-scale number, the device estimates how your weight is divided between skeletal muscle, body fat and water, and flags visceral (internal abdominal) fat — a more clinically meaningful picture of metabolic health than weight or BMI alone. At Klinika Best of Me the few-minute measurement is paired with a doctor's interpretation and practical recommendations drawn from the clinic's nutrition, physiotherapy and coaching leads, and it serves as the baseline reading used to track progress through the clinic's longevity and weight programs.
VO2 Max Examination (Seismofit)
A resting estimate of VO2 max — the gold-standard marker of cardiorespiratory fitness — measured on the Danish Seismofit device. Unlike a traditional spiroergometry test, there is no treadmill, no breathing mask and no maximal effort: Seismofit combines a precise heart-rate and seismocardiography sensor with AI to estimate VO2 max while you lie still for a few minutes. At Klinika Best of Me the result is translated into your optimal fat-burning and training-intensity zones, with a doctor's explanation and an improvement plan from the team — making a metric that strongly predicts long-term health accessible without a sports lab.
Oncological Preventive Examination
A cancer-focused preventive screening built around the same audience as the comprehensive package — healthy people and relatives of cancer patients — but concentrated on oncology rather than a full internal-medicine work-up. It combines an oncologist's clinical examination and risk-focused history with skin assessment by dermatoscopy, breast, testicular or rectal examination as appropriate, a blood count with sedimentation rate, a stool occult-blood test, age- and sex-appropriate tumour markers, a chest X-ray and abdominal or pelvic ultrasound. The examination is completed in a single day and concludes with a written report. Its components are individually priced, so the screening can be tailored, anchored on the 1 500 Kč oncologist examination.
Comprehensive Health Biochemistry Screen
A customisable comprehensive health biochemistry screen at AXIS-CZ's NASKL-accredited laboratory in Hradec Králové, combining haematology (CBC with differential), lipid profile, diabetes markers, liver and kidney function, CRP inflammation marker, thyroid hormones, and iron status into a single fasting draw. Unlike fixed-price executive health packages at hospital clinics, AXIS-CZ's transparent individual test pricing lets patients and their GPs tailor the panel exactly to clinical need. A core comprehensive screen covering around 35–40 biomarkers across these categories costs approximately 1,200–1,500 Kč plus the 59 Kč blood draw fee — representing strong value for a NASKL-accredited private laboratory in the Czech Republic. Collection from 05:30 Monday to Friday, no appointment needed.
Pre-operative Examination
A pre-operative examination is the medical clearance a surgeon or anaesthetist needs before a planned operation, confirming that you are fit for anaesthesia and surgery. At Medicas Brno a GP carries out a focused history and physical examination, performs a resting ECG, and reviews or orders the laboratory tests appropriate to your age, health and the planned procedure. The visit ends with a written report (posudek) documenting fitness for the operation. It is delivered in a single appointment at a fixed price, the same for self-payers and for patients using their own insurance, which makes it straightforward for people scheduling surgery in Brno or abroad.
Preventive Health Examination
A preventive health examination is a structured general check-up carried out by a GP to spot risk factors and early signs of disease before symptoms appear. At Medicas Brno the visit reviews your vaccination status, takes a full clinical history and physical examination, and combines several quick in-room checks — vision, hearing, weight and BMI, blood pressure, a urinalysis and a resting ECG. It is offered to adults as a routine biennial check, free for patients registered with the practice and available to self-payers and visitors at a fixed price. Because it is run by a general practitioner rather than a screening kiosk, anything unexpected can be discussed and a referral or follow-up arranged on the spot.
BoM Longevity Quick Check
An entry-level longevity snapshot that combines the clinic's three core diagnostics in one appointment: InBody 580 body composition, InBody InGrip grip strength and a resting Seismofit VO2 max. Together they give an objective read on muscle and fat, functional strength and cardiorespiratory fitness — three pillars of how the body ages — followed by a doctor's explanation of all the results and tailored recommendations. At Klinika Best of Me it is positioned as the fast way to see where your health and vitality stand before problems develop, and as the natural starting point before the deeper Longevity Audit or a transformation program.
Healthy Man Health-Check (ages 60+)
A same-day preventive health-check for older men, combining a broader panel of laboratory blood tests, diagnostic imaging and a physician consultation in one visit. The scope is weighted toward the screening priorities of later life, with a doctor reviewing the results and advising on follow-up. It is designed for men aged 60 and over who want a comprehensive periodic assessment of general health at a fixed, published price.
Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment
AGE Centrum's Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment is a structured multi-domain evaluation conducted by MUDr. Petra Gondová, a specialist geriatrician, targeting adults aged 60 and above. The assessment evaluates physical frailty, sarcopenia, medication appropriateness, cognitive function, and functional independence in a single consultation — coordinating findings across internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation, nutrition, and palliative care where relevant. It is the most thorough preventive health check available for seniors in the Olomouc region and is designed to identify early-stage deterioration before it becomes crisis-level.
Health Screening Check-up — SPORT
The SPORT check-up is a Longevity+ programme tailored to active people and recreational athletes, focusing on cardiovascular fitness and physical function. It combines the LAB BASIC blood panel with a cardiology consultation and cardiac ultrasound, a VO2max cardiopulmonary test, a VALD functional-movement assessment and a physiotherapy consultation, closing with a summary review. The emphasis is on heart health under load and movement quality rather than the broad organ-by-organ sweep of the standard check-ups.
Comprehensive Health Checkup — Full Blood Screen
The comprehensive health checkup at Laboratoře Mikrochem combines over 45 blood and urine markers into a single fasting visit, covering every major metabolic system: haematology (CBC with differential), cardiovascular risk (full lipid profile), metabolic health (glucose, HbA1c, liver enzymes, kidney function, electrolytes, uric acid), thyroid function (TSH, fT4), systemic inflammation (CRP), iron status (ferritin, iron), and vitamin D — with urinalysis included. All analyses are performed under ISO 15189 accreditation at the main Olomouc laboratory, with results in 2–3 working days. No physician referral is required; walk-in blood draws are available from 07:00 Monday to Friday at all five Mikrochem sites across the Olomouc Region. At approximately 3,500 Kč total, the panel offers hospital-grade diagnostic breadth at a self-payer price that is a fraction of private clinic packages in Prague or abroad.
Healthy Manager Health-Check — Men (40+)
An extended executive-style health-check for men aged 40 and over, combining a wide panel of laboratory blood tests, several imaging studies and a physician consultation in one fuller day. It deepens the standard men's package with the screening priorities of midlife onward, aimed at professionals who want one comprehensive appointment. Results are reviewed on the day at a fixed, published price.
Health Screening Check-up — BASIC
The BASIC screening check-up is Longevity+'s entry-level comprehensive health assessment, combining laboratory testing with imaging and functional studies in a single coordinated programme. It pairs 40+ blood tests with an initial and a summary medical consultation, low-dose lung CT, spirometry, EKG, carotid, thyroid and abdominal ultrasound, AI-assisted retinal screening, videodermatoscopy mole mapping and a TANITA metabolic-age reading — a wide preventive sweep of the body's main systems in one visit.
Biological Age Assessment Package
The Biological Age Assessment package (Pakiet z Oceną Wieku Biologicznego) brings together laboratory and physiological measures associated with the body's ageing to produce an estimate of biological — as opposed to chronological — age. It combines a panel of ageing-related blood markers with a TANITA metabolic-age and body-composition reading and assessments linked to vascular and tissue ageing, giving a data-led baseline for people interested in longevity and health optimisation rather than treating a specific complaint.
Comprehensive Preventive Oncology Checkup
A half-day, single-visit cancer-focused preventive screen at Czechia's national comprehensive cancer centre. The programme combines a broad blood panel, tumour markers, chest X-ray, abdominal and organ ultrasound, ECG and InBody body-composition analysis, finishing with a full clinical examination and written report by a clinical oncologist. Designed for self-payers and foreign patients who want a thorough one-appointment assessment rather than booking each test separately. Performed by MOÚ's specialist oncology and radiodiagnostic teams, with mammography substituted for breast ultrasound in women over 40 and an iFOBT bowel-cancer test included where no recent colonoscopy exists.
Health Screening Check-up — PRO
The PRO screening check-up builds on the BASIC programme with a markedly deeper investigation. It expands laboratory testing to 60–65 tests covering 115+ parameters and adds two major elements: endoscopy — gastroscopy and colonoscopy performed under general anaesthesia — and a whole-body MRI. The result is a far more thorough preventive assessment that looks inside the digestive tract and surveys the body with cross-sectional imaging, while retaining all the consultations, ultrasound, lung CT and functional tests of the BASIC tier.
Comprehensive Preventive Examination
The clinic's flagship cancer-prevention package — a comprehensive internal and oncological screening completed in a single day at the Lesná clinic. It pairs a detailed risk-focused consultation and clinical examination by the oncologist with a broad blood and urine work-up, stool occult-blood testing, age- and sex-appropriate tumour markers, and imaging (chest X-ray plus abdominal, pelvic and as-needed breast, testicular, thyroid or lymph-node ultrasound). Skin lesions are reviewed with a DermLite dermatoscope. It is designed for subjectively healthy people with no complaints and for blood relatives of cancer patients who carry an elevated risk, and concludes with a written report covering findings, risk assessment and follow-up advice.
Health Screening Check-up — ULTRA
The ULTRA check-up is Longevity+'s flagship, most comprehensive screening programme. It layers a TruAge biological-age test, a continuous glucose-monitoring sensor, cardiac echo, coronary angio-CT, VO2max cardiopulmonary testing and a VALD functional assessment with physiotherapy review on top of the endoscopy and whole-body MRI of the PRO tier, while expanding laboratory testing to 80+ tests across 700+ parameters. It is the deepest single-pathway assessment of metabolic, cardiovascular, structural and functional health the clinic offers.
BoM Longevity Audit
The clinic's deep diagnostic baseline: a comprehensive longevity audit reading more than 40 parameters across hormones, metabolic markers, organ function, inflammation and nutritional status, combined with genetic analysis and a lifestyle and mental-wellbeing assessment. Rather than a raw lab printout, the data is reviewed by a clinician and turned into an individualised, data-driven health plan built around the clinic's seven pillars. At Klinika Best of Me it is the foundation used to design the Kickstart programs, and program members get 10% off — making it both a standalone deep dive and the on-ramp to structured, longer-term care.
Adult Preventive Health Check (GP)
The adult preventive health check is the statutory examination that every Czech general practitioner provides to registered patients, carried out at Poliklinika Kounicova by the GP team (Drs Brejchová, Ševčíková, Plachá, Mrózková and Hudáková). It reviews personal and family history, lifestyle and current medication, includes a physical examination with blood pressure, height, weight and BMI, and triggers age-appropriate laboratory screening — typically a fasting blood-glucose and lipid (cholesterol) check, with cancer-screening referrals where due. It is the foundation of the Czech preventive-care model and is reimbursed by public health insurance every two years, so there is normally nothing to pay. Booking is by phone or email at the Kounicova reception.
Occupational Health Examination (PLS)
Mediclinic provides pracovnělékařské služby (PLS, occupational-health services) for corporate clients, with the Kounicova polyclinic carrying out the in-person examinations. These are the legally required workplace fitness assessments — entry examinations before a new role, periodic examinations during employment and exit examinations on leaving — that confirm an employee is medically fit for their specific job and its hazards. An examination combines a work-history and health review with a physical examination and, depending on the job's risk category, targeted screening such as vision, hearing or blood tests. The service is arranged through a contract between Mediclinic and the employer, who is billed per case; there is no published per-employee price.
Internal Medicine Assessment
The internal-medicine (interna) clinic at Poliklinika Kounicova, led by MUDr. Šurel, provides specialist outpatient assessment for adults with complex or chronic conditions — most commonly high blood pressure, diabetes, heart and circulatory problems, and unexplained symptoms referred on from a GP. The consultation combines a detailed history and physical examination with interpretation of laboratory results, including inflammatory markers (such as CRP and ESR) and iron-status indices (ferritin, serum iron, transferrin), to build a whole-body picture and plan ongoing management. It is delivered under the Czech public-insurance model on GP referral, so for insured patients there is normally no charge.
