The consultation outcome is a personalised orthodontic plan that specifies the recommended appliance type, treatment duration, and a detailed financial proposal. Adults over 22 pay for the 3D analysis consultation (3,000 Kč); patients under 22 referred by a general dentist have the initial examination covered by health insurance.

For children and adolescents, skeletal growth stage is evaluated to determine optimal treatment timing. **3D intraoral scanning:** A digital scanner captures precise 3D models of the upper and lower dentitions without the discomfort and gagging risk of traditional alginate impressions. The scan is completed in minutes and produces a highly accurate digital model used for treatment planning and, where applicable, fabrication of the first set of aligners. **CBCT imaging (where indicated):** Cone-beam computed tomography provides a 3D view of roots, bone levels, and surrounding anatomical structures at significantly lower radiation dose than medical CT. Indicated when root positions, bone quality, impacted teeth, or skeletal relationships require assessment beyond what 2D X-rays provide. **Treatment plan consultation:** The orthodontist presents the proposed treatment — appliance type, expected tooth movement sequence, duration, and retention plan — along with a written financial proposal.
