4D Orthostudio is a modern orthodontic practice in the Sokolovská district of Plzeň, founded and led by MDDr. Kristina Vaidišová (Tuzarová), a graduate of Charles University Faculty of Medicine who has been practicing in Plzeň since 2010. The studio's name reflects its commitment to four-dimensional digital orthodontics — integrating 3D intraoral scanning, CBCT cone-beam imaging, and digital treatment planning into every patient's care pathway. The clinic treats patients of all ages, from children in the mixed-dentition stage to adults seeking discreet orthodontic solutions. The primary clear-aligner service uses custom-fabricated foil (foliové) aligners, offering an aesthetic alternative to metal brackets for mild to complex cases. Fixed metal and ceramic self-ligating braces are also available for more demanding indications. A dental hygiene department — staffed by Mgr. Sára Kolbová, DiS. — provides professional cleaning and teeth-whitening treatments including Pure Whitening and Pola Rapid. The practice holds contracts with five major Czech health insurers, covering initial consultations and orthodontic treatment for patients under 22. Appointments are by advance booking; the orthodontics schedule runs Monday through Friday, and dental hygiene is available Tuesday and Wednesday.
