Comprehensive diagnostic services at Anatara Medicine span genomic cardiovascular and neurological risk profiling, epigenomic analysis across hundreds of biomarkers, microbiome assessment (stool and serum), Lyme disease urine antigen DNA testing, longevity assessment including telomere length and mitochondrial markers, cancer care genetic sequencing, and the proprietary HealthMap panel covering 2,000+ biomarkers with AI-driven health modelling. Mobile phlebotomy available.
Anatara Medicine's diagnostics programme is a defining feature of its Convergence Medicine approach, positioning comprehensive testing as the foundation from which all clinical decisions follow. The clinic's diagnostic menu spans multiple technology layers, from standard biochemistry through to genomic sequencing and AI-assisted health modelling. Genomic analysis panels assess inherited variants across cardiovascular risk (lipid metabolism, coagulation, thrombophilia), neurological risk (cognitive decline, dementia-associated variants, neuroinflammation), and metabolic health. These panels identify actionable variants that may inform personalised interventions decades before clinical disease manifests. Epigenomic analysis uses DNA methylation and gene expression data to evaluate functional biology — including toxic exposures (heavy metals, organophosphates, mold mycotoxins), nutritional deficiencies at a cellular level, and markers of biological ageing versus chronological age. This layer goes beyond genetic risk to assess actual current expression. Microbiome analysis evaluates both stool samples (bacterial diversity, dysbiosis, pathogenic overgrowth, fungal presence) and serum (translocation markers, microbial metabolites) to assess gut barrier integrity and systemic microbial influence — relevant to immune, neurological, and metabolic health. Lyme disease and co-infection testing uses urine antigen DNA methodology to detect active Borrelia burgdorferi, Bartonella, Babesia, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma — a more sensitive approach than standard serology for late-stage or treated Lyme that may miss active infection. Longevity assessment integrates telomere length measurement (a marker of cellular biological age) with metabolic, immune, cellular repair, and mitochondrial function markers to build a comprehensive picture of ageing trajectory. The HealthMap programme (Level 2+ membership) provides over 2,000 biomarkers run through AI-driven health modelling, generating a comprehensive body-system map with individualised intervention priorities. This is the clinic's most intensive diagnostic offering. Mobile phlebotomy is available for established patients.
Lab requisition fee $300 (separate from test cost). Standard diagnostic workup at initial visit $1,000–$3,000+; cancer-related testing $3,000–$7,000+. HealthMap Level 2 membership ($10,000/year) includes comprehensive panels. Mobile phlebotomy available at $300–$600 + phlebotomist fee.
