Dr. Barrett performs traditional facelifts, mid-facelifts, and mini facelifts to address mid-face sagging, loose neck skin and fat, and deep nasolabial folds. Traditional rhytidectomy uses incisions at the temples, front of the ear, earlobe, and lower scalp hairline for comprehensive facial rejuvenation. The mid-facelift targets the cheeks and under-eye area through smaller incisions. Procedures are performed at the Ivy Surgical Center under general anesthesia, with initial recovery of around ten days and final results visible at six months.
