It is ideal for mild crowding or spacing that can be resolved in a short aligner series, post-treatment relapse after previous orthodontic work, or cosmetic touch-ups targeting the front teeth only. The same iTero 3D scanning and ClinCheck planning process is used as for more complex Invisalign programmes.

Invisalign Express is Align Technology's most limited aligner programme — designed for cases where only minor tooth movement is required across a short, defined series of aligners. With a maximum of 14 trays, treatment typically completes in 3–6 months, making it the fastest clear aligner option available. **Case indications:** - Mild anterior crowding (up to approximately 3–4 mm of crowding) - Small diastemas or spacing between front teeth - Minor rotations of individual teeth (typically less than 15°) - Post-orthodontic relapse — teeth that have shifted slightly after previous fixed braces or aligner treatment and retainer use lapsed - Cosmetic refinement targeting the social six (the 6 visible front teeth in each arch) **What Express does not treat:** Significant crowding requiring molar movement, posterior bite correction, extraction cases, large spacing requiring significant movement, or any case that would require more than 14 aligner stages to resolve — these require Lite, Moderate, or Comprehensive. **Single-arch option (27,000 Kč):** If correction is needed in only one arch (upper or lower), the single-arch price offers a cost-effective entry point. Control appointments are still recommended every 10 weeks to monitor progress. **After Express:** Retainers are mandatory after completion, as the corrected positions are inherently unstable without ongoing retention.
