Treatment is planned using the iTero intraoral 3D scanner, which generates a digital model of the teeth and a ClinCheck simulation of the expected tooth movement pathway. Average treatment duration is 14–18 months, shorter than comparable fixed brace treatment.

Invisalign Express — Minor Alignment Correction
Invisalign Express at Ortodesign Clinic is the entry-level clear aligner option for patients with minor alignment issues, capped at 14 aligners per treatment and priced at 42,000 Kč for both arches or 27,000 Kč for a single arch. It is ideal for mild crowding or spacing that can be resolved in a short aligner series, post-treatment relapse after previous orthodontic work, or cosmetic touch-ups targeting the front teeth only. The same iTero 3D scanning and ClinCheck planning process is used as for more complex Invisalign programmes.

An initial orthodontic consultation at Ortodesign Clinic with MUDr. Gabriela Machytková covers assessment of teeth, jaw, and bite using clinical examination, dental X-ray (PaX-i panoramic system), and an iTero intraoral 3D scan. For Invisalign candidates, a ClinCheck simulation is generated showing the planned tooth movement pathway and estimated outcome. The consultation establishes which Invisalign programme (Express, Lite, Moderate, First, or Comprehensive) is appropriate — or whether fixed braces offer a better outcome for the specific case.
