Breast Augmentation & Breast Surgery
Dr. White offers a full range of breast procedures including augmentation with silicone or saline implants, breast lift (mastopexy), breast reduction, implant revision and removal, and gynecomastia correction for male patients. The preferred augmentation approach uses cohesive silicone gel implants placed subpectorally via an inframammary incision, with round smooth profiles selected for the most natural result. Most patients return to work the following day and are off pain medication within 24 hours.

Rhinoplasty — Elegant Precision™ Nose Surgery
Dr. White performs his proprietary Elegant Precision™ Rhinoplasty using both open and closed techniques. His dual training in ENT and plastic surgery gives him rare expertise in nasal structure, function, and aesthetics — covering primary rhinoplasty, revision cases, nasal fracture repair, septoplasty, and turbinate surgery. Upper blepharoplasty incisions follow the natural eyelid crease; lower blepharoplasty incisions are placed inside the lower eyelid to leave no external scar. Both procedures can be performed simultaneously as a quad blepharoplasty. Most patients return to work within one week.

Dr. White performs facelifts using strategic incisions positioned near the ears, hairline, and jaw — concealed within natural contours — to tighten underlying facial muscles, remove excess skin, and redistribute or augment facial fat for a refreshed, natural appearance. The procedure typically takes two to four hours. Recovery progresses quickly: initial swelling and bruising resolve within the first week, modest activity resumes at two to three weeks, and full recovery is achieved in approximately six weeks.
