B-Orto is a specialist private orthodontic practice located in the Plzeň-Roudná district, operating under the direction of orthodontist MUDr. Jiří Baumruk and a team of certified orthodontic assistants and dental hygienists. The practice focuses primarily on clear aligner therapy — custom-fabricated transparent foil aligners produced via 3D scanning and in-house 3D printing — offering patients a discreet, comfortable alternative to traditional fixed braces. The digital workflow begins with an intraoral 3D scan of the patient's teeth, from which a personalised set of progressive aligner trays is manufactured. Patients track their progress between clinic visits using the DentalMonitoring smartphone app, submitting weekly scans that the clinical team reviews remotely, reducing the number of in-person appointments needed. Clear aligner treatment is available for both teenagers (from 60,000 Kč) and adults (from 89,000 Kč), with fixed braces offered as an alternative for complex cases. The clinic also provides dental hygiene services using the Airflow EMS system, and refers patients requiring implantology, periodontology, or oral surgery to a network of specialist partner clinics. Premium diagnostic imaging is handled by a NewTom X-ray unit on site.
