ELEJ DENT offers the Pure Whitening home whitening system — a professional-grade take-home bleaching programme using custom-fitted trays manufactured from an intraoral digital scan of the patient's teeth, paired with Pure Whitening cold-chain gels. The gels are stored and transported at under 10°C from manufacture to the clinic, maintaining full efficacy — unlike shelf-temperature products that degrade before use. Patients wear the trays with gel for 14 consecutive nights, with an optional in-clinic finishing session available at the end of the course to maximise results. The system is suitable for patients who want predictable whitening results without in-office bleaching sensitivity.

SPARK Clear Aligners
ELEJ DENT offers SPARK clear aligner therapy — a transparent thermoplastic aligner system that straightens teeth without visible metal braces. Each set of aligners is individually manufactured from advanced TruGEN XR material and worn for about two weeks before progressing to the next set in the series. Treatment is planned using digital intraoral scans and CBCT 3D radiographs, and a 3D animation visualisation is presented to show the projected tooth movement before treatment begins. The clinic provides three plan tiers — SPARK 10 (up to 10 aligners for mild cases), SPARK 20 (up to 20 for moderate cases), and SPARK Advance (unlimited aligners for complex cases) — with typical durations of six months to three years.

An introductory orthodontic consultation at ELEJ DENT with specialist orthodontist Elena Ježková. The appointment covers a clinical examination of the dentition and bite, an overview of suitable treatment options (SPARK clear aligners, fixed braces, or other appliances as appropriate), indicative timelines and costs, and answers to any patient questions. The consultation is non-committal and is the starting point for patients who want an expert assessment before deciding on orthodontic treatment.

Professional Dental Hygiene
ELEJ DENT's professional dental hygiene service includes comprehensive periodontal assessment, AIRFLOW polishing (compressed air and bicarbonate/glycine powder to remove staining and biofilm), ultrasonic supragingival and subgingival scaling to 3mm, deep subgingival cleaning (kyretáž) where needed, and rotary-brush polishing with prophylaxis paste. A fluoride gel is applied at the close of each session. The hygienist also provides detailed one-to-one oral hygiene instruction tailored to the patient's specific findings. Sessions are recommended every 3–6 months and are available to both current orthodontic patients and new self-referral patients.
